How do I sell the property?

As long as you still only own a percentage and you have not staircased to 100%, HA will assist you to sell the property. Under the terms of your lease, HA must nominate someone requiring a homebuy property within 3 months. If HA can’t find a buyer within this time, you can then sell through an estate agent or privately.
