What happens once I’ve been offered a property?
Once you have been offered a property you will have one week in which to accept the offer.
To accept the offer you will have to provide the following:
1. A copy of the formal mortgage offer from your mortgage lender.
2. Details of your solicitor and financial advisor.
3. Copies of three months salary slips for yourself and the person you are purchasing with.
If any of all the above information is not received within the time scale set out in the offer letter, the offer will be cancelled.
